Darko Roupell leads Rushmore Capital Partners LLC — a Beverly Hills–based Registered Investment Adviser and Commodity Pool Operator — with over 20 years of experience across the world’s most sophisticated trading and risk platforms.

Before founding Rushmore, Darko held senior leadership roles at ANZ Global Markets, London Stock Exchange Group (LCH SwapClear), National Australia Bank, and the Reserve Bank of Australia. His career has centered on interest rate derivatives, FX, fixed income, and quantitative trading — where he oversaw regional risk, execution systems, and strategic innovation across Asia-Pacific markets.

At Rushmore, he oversees the firm’s three divisions:

• Rushmore Edge – Private Wealth (ETF-based advisory, flat-fee subscription)
• Rushmore Advisory – Discretionary Portfolios (active equity and bond mandates)
• Rushmore Alternative Strategies – Principal Fund (institutional derivatives and hedge-style exposure)

Darko holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and completed advanced Financial Planning studies at UCLA, where he is pursuing CFP® certification. He maintains FINRA Series 3 (CTA) and Series 65 (RIA) registrations and is an active member of the National Futures Association (NFA).
